Does Navia support API Trades?

API-Based Trading with Navia: Streamlining Automated Trading

API-based trading enables the execution of automated trading strategies according to predefined parameters such as time, price, and value. This method enhances trading efficiency by reducing human intervention and enabling faster, more disciplined trades.

Benefits of API Trading

  1. Emotion-Free Trading: Automated trading removes the emotional elements of fear, greed, and hope, ensuring more disciplined and consistent trading practices.
  2. Speed: API trading allows for faster order execution compared to manual trading, ensuring timely market entry and exit.
  3. Backtesting: Traders can test their strategies against historical data before actual implementation, helping to evaluate strategy performance and efficiency.

Managing Different Subscription Dates

Common Renewal Date: If you subscribe to multiple APIs on different dates, the renewal date for all will be set to the date of the first subscription.

Example: If you subscribe to the Interactive API on the 1st and the Market Data API on the 5th, both APIs will have a renewal date of the 1st.

Unsubscribing from the API Service: To unsubscribe, raise a ticket using the 'Create Ticket' option at the bottom of this article before the next renewal date (28th day).
