Unable to Redeem Mutual Funds on Navia? Here’s How You Can Redeem Using NSDL SPEED‑e

If you are unable to redeem Mutual Funds through Navia’s Mutual Fund platform, you can still successfully redeem your Mutual Fund units held in demat form using NSDL SPEED‑e.


What is NSDL SPEED‑e?

NSDL SPEED‑e is an online facility provided by NSDL that allows investors to submit instructions such as Mutual Fund redemption directly from their demat account, with OTP‑based authentication.


Step 1: Register for NSDL SPEED‑e

  1. Visit the NSDL SPEED‑e registration page:
    ? https://eservices.nsdl.com/SecureWeb/AccessController.do?SCREEN=9500
  2. Enter CMBP ID: IN551239 (Navia Markets Ltd)
  3. Complete the online registration form.
  4. Upon successful submission, a Reference Number will be displayed.

Step 2: Share Reference Number with Navia

  • Create a support ticket with Navia and share the Reference Number received during SPEED‑e registration.
  • Navia Markets Ltd. will enable SPEED‑e access for your demat account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once it is enabled.

Step 3: Login to NSDL SPEED‑e

  • Login URL: https://eservices.nsdl.com/
  • Use the User ID and Password created during registration.

Mutual Fund Redemption Workflow in SPEED‑e

✅ Step 1: Initiate Redemption Request

  • Select Mutual Fund Redemption option.

✅ Step 2: Select Holdings

  • View your Mutual Fund holdings.
  • Select scheme(s) using the checkbox.

✅ Step 3: Choose Redemption Type

You may choose:

  • Redemption by Units
  • Redemption by Amount
  • Full Redemption

✅ Step 4: Enter Details

  • Enter the units or amount as per your selection.

✅ Step 5: OTP Authorisation

  • Confirm the request using OTP authentication.

✅ Step 6: Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email from NSDL SPEED‑e.

✅ Step 7: Fund Credit

  • Redemption proceeds will be credited to your registered bank account (linked with demat account).

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Please ensure that your bank account is active and correctly mapped to your demat account before submitting a redemption request.
  • Settlement timelines may vary depending on the Mutual Fund scheme category (Equity, Debt, Liquid, etc.).
  • NRI clients are subject to country‑specific regulatory restrictions, as per RBI, FATF, and AMC guidelines.
  • If the Mutual Fund units were originally purchased through the Navia Mutual Fund platform, units redeemed through NSDL SPEED‑e will not be reflected in the Navia MF Portfolio view. However, the redemption and fund credit process remains valid.
