Modify Email ID / Mobile number

Know how to easily change your email ID or mobile number online using the Navia App or Re-KYC link. Follow our step-by-step guide to update your contact information securely. 

  1. Via Navia App:
    • Log in to the Navia App.
    • Go to Account -> Personal Details.
    • Click the edit icon edit icon from iconscout.com next to your email or mobile number.
    • You will be re-directed to the Mobile/Email edit section in Re-ekyc module. Enter your new email/mobile number, verify your identity (IPV), and E-sign your change request form using your Aadhaar number.
  2. Via Re-KYC Link:
    • Click here to go to the Re-KYC module.
    • Enter your UCC and Date of Birth, then submit.
    • Enter the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile number.
    • Go to the Re-KYC dashboard, select 'Email' to change your email or 'Mobile' to change your mobile number.
    • Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your change request form using your Aadhaar number.
  • Offline:
    • Download the attached Change request form
    • Fill the attached forms 
    • Courier the forms to our Registered address

Processing timelines
  • We will verify the details and update your new contact information in your trading and demat account within 2 working days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the update is complete.
