It is important for investors to update the correct Annual Income in Trading Account. The Trading activity in the account should match the income declared.

Via Navia App:

• Click here to update Income declaration via Navia App. 
• Click the edit icon  next to the declared income range.
• Click on the dropdown and select the updated range and click "Update".
• Updated range will be reviewed and updated .

Via Re-KYC Link:

• Click here to go to the Re-KYC module.
• Enter your UCC and Date of Birth, then submit.
• Enter the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile number.

• Go to the Re-KYC dashboard, select 'Income Declaration' option. Enter your Revised Income and submit.

Processing Time: 

• The request will be processed in 2 working days.
• Once you place an update request, you can track its progress under Service Status in the app. 
• You will also receive a WhatsApp notification as soon as the request is either approved or rejected.
