Modify registered communication address

Via Navia App:

    • Log in to the Navia App.
    • Go to Account -> Personal Details.
    • Click the edit icon edit icon from iconscout.com next to either mobile, email or bank account.
    • You will be re-directed to the change of address section in Re-ekyc module. Enter your Aadhaar number to fetch your new address using Digi Locker.
    • Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your change request form using your Aadhaar number. 

Via Re-KYC Link:

    • Click here to go to the Re-KYC module.
    • Enter your UCC and Date of Birth, then submit.
    • Enter the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile number.
    • Go to the Re-KYC dashboard, select 'Change of Address' option. Enter your Aadhaar number to fetch your new address using Digi Locker.
    • Verify your identity (IPV) and E-sign your change request form using your Aadhaar number.

Via Offline: 

  • Download the attached Change of address form for RI and for NRI's both the attached forms are to be downloaded. 
  • Complete the form 
  • Enclose self-attested proof of address 
  • Send the signed documents to Registered Office Address in our Contact Us page 

Processing Time: 

  • Changes will be updated within 2 working days of submitting the request. 
  • Your new address would be updated in Trading and Demat account. 
  • Once you place a change/update request, you can track its progress under Service Status in the app. You will also receive a WhatsApp notification as soon as the request is either approved or rejected.
