How to Raise a Ticket or Complaint ?

You can raise ticket from your Trading platform itself. Just navigate to Support from your Trading page and navigate to our Support home screen. If your Trading App directs to Chat, you can still navigate to our support page by clicking on the FAQs given by the chat during the course of chatting.

1) We have created a special section in our Support Portal to help you find answers at your convenience.

2) This section includes FAQs in your preferred language.

3) To find answers: Type your query in the search bar to see if it's already addressed.

4) If you don't find the information you need:

  • Click on the 'Raise Ticket' option on the home screen.
  • Select the suitable subject from the dropdown menu.
  • Write and submit your query

You can also click on the Raise Ticket option given on the support home screen

During downtimes, it might be difficult to reach us over phone due to abnormal higher call flows. In such scenarios, tickets with specific subject will help us answer fast and aptly even if the calls are missed.
