Can I cancel my Standing Instruction at any time?
What Happens When You Cancel the Standing Instruction?
When you cancel the Standing Instruction on Running Account Authorization, the process of fund settlement from your trading account to your bank account will change from a periodic (usually quarterly) process to a daily process. This means that any unutilized funds in your trading account at the end of each day will automatically be transferred to your linked bank account. Consequently, if you wish to place trades again, you will need to manually transfer the required funds back into your trading account before executing any trades.
Steps to Cancel Standing Instruction:
- Draft a Request Letter:
- Write a formal letter requesting the cancellation of the Standing Instruction on Running Account Authorization.
- Include essential details such as your Broking Code (UCC), full name, and contact information.
- Sign the Letter:
- Make sure to sign the letter to authenticate your request.
- Send the Letter via Courier:
- Mail the signed letter to the following address:
- Navia Markets Ltd
Ganga Griha, 4th & 5th Floor,
No.9 (old No. 6D), Nungambakkam High Road,
Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600 034
Important Note: After canceling the Standing Instruction, you will need to actively manage your funds. This involves manually transferring funds back to your trading account each time you wish to make a trade. Ensure that you plan accordingly to avoid any interruptions in your trading activities
