Placing Orders through Support Portal ticket
Your first option is always to use Navia Backup, our independent emergency system that allows you to square off positions directly. If you cannot access Navia Backup for any reason, you can still place orders through the Support Portal using the steps below.
❓ How can I place orders if my Trading App is working but orders are not going through (Option 1
- Login to the Navia All-in-1 App.
- Go to Accounts → AI WhatsApp Chat.
- Type “Raise a Ticket” and follow the on-screen steps.
- You’ll be redirected to the Support Portal.
- Search for “Order Placing FAQ”.
- Scroll down to “Create a Ticket”.
- Login via Mobile App or Web App.
- Type your order details and submit.
? Tip: During downtime, calls may be delayed due to high volumes. Raising a ticket with the subject “Order Placing” ensures priority handling. You can track ticket status under Track Ticket in the Support Portal.
❓ What if I cannot login to the Trading App or Web at all? (Option 2)
- Visit the ticket raising section of Navia Support Portal directly. Click here
- Login Via Support Portal.
- Enter your registered email ID with Navia.
- Type your order details in the Description. Note only square off orders will be executed during trading downtimes.
- Tap on Send OTP option. Enter the OTP received on your registered email ID. Once OTP is verified Tap on Send to raise a ticket.
Tip: During downtime, calls may be delayed due to high volumes. Raising a ticket with the subject “Order Placing” ensures priority handling. You can track ticket status under Track Ticket in the Support Portal.
❓ What orders can I place using this method
- Only square-off at market orders are accepted.
- No fresh positions can be created.
- No holdings/margin view is available.
- Orders will be placed on a best-effort basis.
