Why RAS funds are not credited to my Bank Account?
Delayed Credit:
If you hold Bank accounts with Regional Rural Banks or Cooperative Banks, it likely that the credit in your account is delayed by a day.
Non Credit:
- Inoperative Bank Account : If the bank account provided to us is inoperative.
- Mismatch of Bank details : If the name/account number/IFSC code on the bank account in our records does not match the name/account number/IFSC code registered in the bank's portal.
Returned Funds: If the funds fail to get credited due to reasons explained above, the bank will return the funds to us, and we will promptly communicate this to you. Such funds will be credited back to your Trading Ledger.
Action Steps:
- If you notice a debit in your ledger for the Running Account Settlement but do not receive the funds in your bank account by the next working day, please verify whether your bank details are up to date with Navia.
