Why emails from Navia are not received

If you are not receiving emails from Navia, it could be due to the following reasons:

  1. Storage Limit Reached – If 99% of your inbox storage is utilized, delete emails or files from Google Drive to free up space.

  2. Email Domain Restrictions – Some office email domains block external emails like those from Navia. If you’ve registered with an office email, consider updating it. Learn how to update your email with Navia here.

  3. Email Filter Issues – Check if the email was archived, deleted, or marked as spam. If the emails are going to SPAM/Junk folder, you will need to UNSPAM all emails from Navia domain. We get complains from yahoo email users on this count. Either UNSPAM Navia emails or change the email service provider. 

  4. Email Forwarding – Verify if emails are being forwarded to another email ID.

  5. Unauthorized Access – If multiple emails are missing, check if someone else has access to your account and is deleting them.
